There may be a chance in the integrated courses so yes you can fill up all the integrated B.tech courses here and try your luck. For the 4 year B.tech the chances are not there though.

Maybe you can. The integrated Btech- Mtech courses have some chance. There is no home state quota here so being from UP is not any help in getting through.

I fear, No. IIITs seek students who have scored excellently in JEE Mains. Marks must be around 200 or even more to get into an IIIT.

You got 56% in class 12th? Nevermind. If you are going to give JEE Mains next year, prepare well and try to score high, much higher than your cutoff. Then you may get a NIT. All the best. Study hard !!

Yeah, ofcourse i also had 179 marks in JEE-main + only 77 % marks in state board and i got NIT CALICUT.
so i think your marks is good enough to get a very good NIT.
