Since you haven't scored well in JEE mains so you will not get admission in top Government institutes but don't worry there are some private institutions that are doing equally good as them,you may get admission in them by scoring a good rank in their entrance examination and thereafter getting high scholarship.some of these universities are:

It will always be beneficial to clear JEE Advanced as it would add up to your candidature to apply for other best universities. Hi Gaurab, you have not mentioned if you have any reservation.
Therefore.I will be answering it in general sense. If you are from general category. Then you will have to try some other college. If from OBC then you might just get into DTU but the branch wouldn't be that good. But if you are from SC or.ST category then you will get what is called a mid range branch in DTU like civil engineering Etc.
PLEASE UPVOTE THE ANSWER TO ALLOW.ME TO CONTINUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU.
