Selection to the BTech programme at IIIT Allahabad is done on the basis of JEE Main for Indian candidates and DASA for international candidates, followed by the JoSAA counselling process. For 2022, cut off was 386158 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in Dhole Patil College of Engineering. 

For 2022, cut off was 229778 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.E. in Computer Engineering in Dhole Patil College of Engineering. 

No it's not possible for you to get CS in any of the JEE MAINS college by this percentile. As you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a general candidate category. 

You will not get any IIT NIT, GFTI and IIIT but you can try for state government colleges.

If 82 is your percentile then to it would be difficult to get NITs and IITs as you belong ot general categorie but if belong to SC/ST then there are chances of geting into new NITs . Try to opt for CSAB round of counselling.
