Great college with nice faculty.
Placements: The placement rate is 100%. The highest package is 10 LPA, the lowest package is 2-3 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, GenC, and many startups recruit students. Around 60% of students get internships, mostly in IT jobs, such as Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi here, and labs are very clean. The classrooms are also very clean, and the library is very peaceful. The food quality in the canteen is very good, and the food is very hygenic.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They teach us very politely and are great. The curricular activities are great, and we learn many things from these activities. The semester exams are moderate, but our teachers' suggestions are very helpful in passing the exams. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this because I love this field, my college is the best. Events, fests, and all activities happen here.

I am disappointed after taking admission here. Campus life and playgrounds are missing.
Placements: In my course, about 70-80% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS visit the college for placements. Internship facilities are so poor so I do not know about it. Top roles like data science and development are offered in my course.
Infrastructure: Facilities and the infrastructure available for our course are 3 buildings with 7th floors. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library are available for educational purposes only. The quality of the hostel is very poor. It is so far from the college, which is 3 kilometers away. There is no good canteen. In the canteen, no one is able to eat food by sitting because no sitting facility is available. The canteen food taste is very poor, and the canteen staff members are rude.
Faculty: Not all teachers are helpful. They all are very rude. But some teachers are very caring. All teachers are qualified but do not provide their knowledge. Their teaching quality is not satisfying. I am not sure if it makes the students industry-ready or not. Semester exams are not so hard not so easy as it only depends on MAKAUT. The pass percentage is 40%
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a software engineer. At admission time, the fee structure is 390000 but after that, it increases up to 2 lakhs. The best thing about this course is the knowledge about computers. I wish the college would improve the course. Some events are held. But there are no fests, no campus crowd, no connectivity, and no campus surroundings. Scholarships are available and extracurricular activities are held.

All about my college life.
Placements: In my college, around 80% of students get placed. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are PWC, IBM, Infosys, etc. In my college, there are no on campus internship offers.
Infrastructure: In our college, there is Wi-Fi on the campus. There is a common room and labs for electrical, mechanical, and IT. The hostel of the college is not on the campus but it is provided by the college itself. The distance between the hostel and the college is around 10 minutes walking distance. Wi-Fi is also there in the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers of the college are very helpful. They teach us very well. They help to solve every problem. Teachers are well-qualified. In my college, semester exams are not very difficult. They are very easy to pass semester exams. There is no need to take a lot of tension about the semester exam. Teachers in the college are very friendly. They teach us very well.
Other: I am studying information technology at this college. I chose this because of my interest in coding. I want to become software engineer. I chose this college because it comes in the top 5 colleges in the city. There are two types of fests that occur in the college. One is technical and the other one is cultural.

Review of B.P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology, Poddar Vihar.
Placements: 82-85% of students were placed every year. The highest package offered is 11 LPA and the average package offered is 4 LPA. The companies that visit our college are IBM, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, PWC, E&Y, Rinex Technology, and Amazon for the virtual customer associate role. The students who got placed were offered the internship by the companies. The roles offered are system engineer, specials programmer, associate software engineer, advanced associate software engineer, sales specialists, GenC, Genc Pro, and Genc Next.
Infrastructure: Our college offers four branches: Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Electrical Engineering. There are separate labs for each department. Wi-Fi facility is available on the college campus and all the students can access it. Hostel is also provided by the college; the hostel offered three sharing rooms with attached bathrooms & a common bathroom. There were water filters on each floor of the hostel, one common fridge, and food quality is average.
Faculty: Teachers were very friendly, interactive and helpful. The teaching technique was also very good. Yes, the course curriculum was very relevant and interesting and also helpful for the placements. The semester was not that difficult; students can easily answer the questions.
Other: College does not provide scholarships; students can get scholarships that were provided by the state government and central government. The events conducted by the college are Saraswati Pooja, Vishwakarma Pooja, Tech Fest, Cultural Fest, Freshers Party, and Farewell Party.

I am almost satisfied with college life and experience with faculty members.
Placements: Our college placements are bad. In previous years, our college was providing more than 90% palcements to students but this has decreased. This could be because the students are not as good as our super seniors, or it may be due to the lockdown, which affected the quality of students.
Infrastructure: Overall, it is a good college. infrastructure is good according to the fee they charge. Hostel needs improvement. Labs are all good and air-conditioned. Classrooms are good, with good ventilation and plenty of air.
Faculty: Faculty members of the IT department are very helpful and good. They help students solve their problems related to their course and subjects. Some of them may seem strict, but they are just being teachers. But, they also assist the students.
