Yes, as per sources, aspirants giving their Class 12 exams in 2017 would be the first batch to appear for this exam. Hence, most likely, NAT will replace JEE in the upcoming year 2017.

Revise that part first, where you are not comfortable much and when you are tired of studying, then revise the easy part. In this way, I think you can start revising and can complete revising all the topics in short time.
Attempt all the questions of NCERT, write all the formulas in a notebook and try to see each one of them on a regular basis and do not forget to relate the formulas. Remember, just cr

If by free seats you mean the one that are left for spot round of counseling then that may vary from university to university and there is no spot round for IITs for others NIT you may get admission in 80,000 rank as well but you need a high rank to get into a decent NIT for that rank up to 15000 would do depending upon the trade you are interested.

The JEE exam has experienced some change and hence, it will be difficult to comment which NIT's would succumb to what cut-offs. I would advise you to prepare well for the exam and later, we can check upon result declaration.

I assume you're a dropper so that's a good thing. What board are you from? Himachal board, ICSE or CBSE? I assume you are from HP Board. 150 marks in JEE Mains exam should be able to land you a seat in the Electrical trade here in NIT Hamirpur.
