The JEE main cut-offs vary every year, hence the admission to TS Chanakya can be based on the following parameters:
The two main training centers are Nautical training ship T.S. I guess there are no management quota's but, NRI quota exist through which you can get admission and it's fee would be around 3 LPA-4 LPA.

JEE Mains will not give you admission in any of the 30 NITs. You will have to be eligible for JEE-advanced where cut-off for general category can be expected around 115, OBC- 75, SC- 50 and ST- 45. Cut-off does not guarantee branch or a particular NIT.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
