I got 77 percentage in 12th and 72 percentile in JEE Main and I am obc candidate, will I be able to get admission in sastra university?

Hello Hamsica, Sastra has a unique method for admissions. It fills up 30 per cent of seats based on Class 12 scores and the remaining 70 per cent based on Class 12 and JEE Main Scores, together. In view of this and also your score in 12th as well as in JEE Mains I am sure that you will get admission in Sastra deemed to be university. Can I complete JEE Main syllabus in 6 months?

JEE Mains syllabus can be completed in 6 months considering that almost every topic of JEE syllabus is similar to class 11 and 12 syllabus. However, completing the syllabus does not mean that candidates will get a good score. JEE Main exam tests your conceptual and analytical understanding of topics. To get a good score, you need to have good understanding of core concepts and also use to of applying them in solving numerical questions.

JEE Main JEE Advanced

Is JEE Main syllabus same as syllabus of JEE Advanced?

Not both are not same. But some topics are similar in JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Students who qualify the JEE Main exam and are among the top 250000 students are eligible to take the JEE Advanced. Due to this reason majority of syllabi are the same, but a few extra topics are added in JEE Advanced.

Is JEE Main syllabus same for B.Tech, B.Arch and Plan?

The syllabus for JEE Main Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech), Paper 2A B.Arch and Paper 2B B. Plan is different. JEE Main paper 1 exam is conducted for admission to BE/B.Tech, Paper 2A for B.Arch and Paper 2B is conducted for B. Plan courses. JEE Main paper 1 syllabus consists of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Paper 2A syllabus has Mathematics, General Aptitude and Drawing while Paper 2B syllabus has Mathematics, General Aptitude and Planning. Candidates must note that Mathematics syllabus is common/same in all three papers.

JEE Main 2023 cutoff has been raised to 90 percentile for the General category, while the IIT JEE Cut off 2023 for OBC-NCL is 73.6114227, EWS is 75.6229025, SC is 51.9776027, and ST is 37.2348772.
60 percent in board is enough to qualify for IIT. The newsletter also emphasis on 12th score.
