Yes, you can join a BTech course without appearing for JEE in India. Many engineering colleges have their own entrance exams or other eligiblity for BTech.

JEE Main exam dates for BTech programme for admission to NIT Nagaland is scheduled on January 24, 2024 which is tentative. As per the exam pattern of JEE Mains, the exam is conducted online as a Computer Based Test. JEE Main 2024 will have three papers, Paper 1 for admission to BE/BTech course, Paper 2A for BArch admission and Paper 2B for BPlan course admission. The duration of the JEE Main exam is three hours and has Multiple Choice (MCQ) and Integer Value (Numerical Value Answer) type questions. JEE Main 2024 Paper 1 will have a total of 90 questions while Paper 2A and 2B have 82 and 105 questions respectively.

Yes,  JEE Main 2024 dates for admission to NIT Nagaland  BTech programme are out now but the dates are tentative. The JEE Main registraton has closed for now. NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions in January and April. The exact date of the exam for both sessions will be announced in the notification. Candidates can check here JEE Main 2024 dates and the schedule of all events of the examination including application form, correction, admit card, exam, answer key, and result here

The eligibility criteria for admission to any one of the programs in Engineering is a minimum aggregate of 60% or secures 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class XII. The admission shall be made on the All-India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main-2024. The cutoff rank for different branches may vary depending on the availability of seats and the number of applicants.

JEE Main Admit Card Session 1, 2024 has been released. NTA has released the JEE Mains 2024 admit card online on the official website. Candidates have to login to the website using their application number and date of birth for JEE Mains 2024 admit card download session. Admit card will have details about the JEE Main 2024 exam date session 1, address of the exam centre, timing of the paper and exam day instructions. Candidates have to carry a printout of their JEE Mains admit card 2024 to the exam centre.
