Karunya University BTech is a four-year course divided into eight semesters. Karunya University offers BTech courses through the School of Engineering & Technology. Karunya University BTech courses are more than 15 specialisations in the four-year engineering programme. Apart from BTech, the institute also gives options for admission in a three-year Lateral Entry course in some specialisations. Some of the Karunya University BTech courses are Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics & Automation, Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, etc.
Karunya University BTech admission is based on KEE entrance examinations, followed by a counselling conducted by the university.

The toal fee of BTech, includes a one-time admission fee of 10 K. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats.
