JEE Main 2026 exam pattern has been released by the NTA. As per exam pattern, the JEE Main Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech) exam will consist of 75 questions, 25 each from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Out of 25 questions, 20 will be MCQs and 5 will be NAV. Students need to answer all 75 questions. JEE Main paper 2A for B.Arch consists of 77 questions of which 25 are from Mathematics, 50 from General Aptitude and 2 from Drawing. In Paper 2B for BPlan total questions are 100 of which 25 are from Mathematics, 50 from General Aptitude and 25 from Planning.

The question paper will have no internal choices within questions and total duration of exam

JEE Main difficulty level is similar to class 12 board exams. Syllabus of JEE Main is similar to class 11 and 12 syllabus. The questions asked in exam are tricky and need an in-depth understanding of subjects. They need to have conceptual understanding of every topic to score well in exam. Those who study NCERT can get a decent score in JEE Mains.

JEE Main is conducted for multiple courses and the syllabus is different for each course. The syllabus of JEE Main Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech) includes class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics topics. For JEE Main paper 2A B.Arch the syllabus consists of Mathematics, General Aptitude and Drawing. Similarly, for JEE Main Paper 2B B. Plan the syllabus is Mathematics, General Aptitude and Planning. Candidates can check and download the detailed topics-wise JEE Main syllabus on the Shiksha page as well as on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The application form of JEE Main 2023 is closed now. NTA releases JEE Main application form online on the official website JEE Main. NTA. Nic. In. To fill the application form, candidates need to register on the website, fill detailed application form, upload documents which include photo, signature, category Certificate (if applicable) and pay the application fees. JEE Main cutoff is different from admission cutoff. Admission cutoffs are in the form of all India ranks within which the institutes offer admission. JEE Main admission cutoff will be released by JoSAA after the conclusion of counselling.

NTA has released the JEE Main result 2023 for both paper 1 and paper 2. Candidates can check their result and download the scorecard using the direct link available at Shiksha page. The direct link to check JEE Main 2023 result is also available on the official website JEE Main. NTA. Nic. In. There are about total 5681seats in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. So category rank 19000 is not enough for getting a seat. However you may tryout the following colleges.
1. FGIET Raebareli
2. GKV Haridwar
3. IERT Allahabad
4. SLIET Sangrur
5. UIET Chandigarh.

Nope, JEE Main rank cannot lead u to IIT, for IIT you need to get good rank in JEE Advanced.
