DOB is an important figure, which cannot be overlooked. You have also provided enough time for correction but you failed to correct the same. Now you have nothing in yours hands and all the things are depends upon the counselling and reporting centers. They can only permit you for such corrections. However, you may obtained an affidavit regarding the mistake you made from Tehsil and can produce at reporting center.
