Without MH-CET, you are not eligible to give the choice of government. Aided colleges in Maharashtra, but there are some chances in some colleges if you have cleared JEE.

As you belong to ST category, you may have fair chance in getting CSE branch at MIT Pune (WPU). Basic eligibility for taking admission is 50 percent marks in class 12th board PCM.

Probably, you will not get a CA letter from navy. But, if you want to carry your passion for navy forward.

No, this year, JEE Mains result will not be valid next year. You have to pass the JEE Mains exam for admission or for qualification for next exam that is JEE advance exam. You can give JEE advance exam in class 12th and next year only after class 12th. Now, you can give only once JEE advance exam, your one attempt is lost as you didn't given the exam.
