Frankly speaking, you don't need any special coaching to crack any exam. Self discipline and devoted time of study is very important. Also solve as many previous years as you can and practice on calculating speed.

Please check the websites of all individual colleges you are looking for admission. There is not a hard and strict timing though it has to be completed before august.
