I do not have any idea of this book. However, as the publisher is MTG, the book will be good. I only want to tell you to focus on one book and complete it fully. Do not rush into so many books for a single topic. It will take more time and also, you will get more confused.

The rank cut-off changes every year. Approximately, CRL rank should be between 4000-12000. There are also other eligibility criteria. Please visit:

The rank cut-off for CSE is between 4000-12000. However, all other branches would be well within your reach.

Admission for B.Tech are done on the basis of All India Rank in JEE Mains and counselling, provided the candidate meets eligibility criteria, which are put up on the website www.bitmesra.ac.in. A candidate may also log in to www.josaa.nic.in to view the rank cut-offs etc.

See, it depends on college to college. But approximately you have to get 85 percentile or more or you may use the college predictor. Counselling option is also there.
Good luck.
