I unknowingly filled obc-ncl in this year's JEE form 2019 though I belong to obc-cl. So, technically I'm general. Can I change it this year?

Your OBC - NCL will get cancelled during counselling at reporting center and you will get seat according to general cutoff. You will be treated as general student. No need to worry. They will change it at reporting center when you don't have the caste certificate or not valid one.
