Hi,
If you have already locked the choices, you need to go to the reporting center, after 1st counselling. If you haven't, just log in and check whether they are giving any option or not, to correct the detail. You don't need to worry, it is not a big issue, whenever u will go to your center, even after 1st, 2nd or 3rd counselling, and you can ask them to correct the details. All the best, hope it helps.

You can try this link once. Next counselling will happen or not nobody knows but can expect. However you can go directly to your preferred college for admission with your rank card. May be there will be a seat waiting for you. Good Luck. :)

Kindly mention your category, if you are from OBC, or any other category, then you will get Government College. Also, if you are from general category, then you will also get a government college like YMCA in Haryana. It also depends on the stream means which stream are you going for. If it's ECE or any other core branch then you will get surely a government college. All the best. Thanks.

In counselling, mostly these steps are done:
These steps are done after registration, followed by choice fillup & call for reporting:-
1. Documents arrangement according to order, order list will be given at reporting center.
2. Carry all required original documents along with their photo copies and some photos (passport size) of yourself.
3. Document verification
4. They will give you a paper regarding the completion of counselling
5. Counselling over.

You can get admission in NIT university on the basis of merit of rank in JEE mains or in bitsat exam.

Chances are very less in JoSAA rounds, but you can try in CSAB rounds. You may get lower NITS like NIT Kurukshetra, NIT Hamirpur, NKT Srinagar, eastern side NITS & may be your home state NIT.

The admission for Biotechnology are solely based on JEE mains ranking. While you will do counseling there you would have the option for filling biotechnology as a branch in various institute.
