No, looking at previous year cutoffs you might not get admission for B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in NIT Delhi with 7932 rank but you can look for other branches for admission.
Your rank is really good you can apply for some other good government colleges for ECE branch.

For taking admission in NIT's you should get at least 75% in board Examination and 65% if you are from SC-ST category. Hope you got your answer.

If you are qualified in JEE Mains, only then also you can apply for JoSAA counselling for NIT and IIIT. If you qualified and scored well in both exams, then you can apply for all colleges under JoSAA.
