You might be weak in some areas of a particular subject, figure that out and focus on it first, you might be having some speed issues in completing the paper, etc.
Don't get stressed and focus on the right things, results will definitely change in a positive way.

You have to wait till you give your exams and get the results. You need to give entrance exams for engineering like JEE Main & Advanced, CET, COMEDK, IIST etc. After the counselling session, you can apply to your preferred university. You can take up online entrance exams like university-GAUGE which will allow you to apply to several leading deemed & private universities across India.
