Yes, you can give JEE Mains with a 65% in your 12th board exams. While a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in Class 12 (or being in the top 20 percentile) is required for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs, there is no minimum percentage required to appear for the JEE Main exam itself

With a 93.88 percentile in JEE Mains, it's possible to get a free seat (convener quota) in CBIT for the ECE branch, but it depends on your category and whether you are applying through the All India quota or the state quota (TS EAMCET). While JEE Mains scores are considered for the All India quota, CBIT primarily uses TS EAMCET scores for admissions.

If you scored 80 percentile in JEE Mains session 1, admission to NFSC Nagpur B.Tech (Fire Engineering) programme may be very challenging especially for the general category Typically the recent cut off for the general category was above 90 percentile, while obc and ews may close around 79-80 percentile and for sc/st candidates it goes even lower. The trend may change on vary year so keep the hope.

With a JEE Main 2nd paper EWS category rank of 90354 it is highly unlikely that you will get admission in NIT Agartala for chemical engineering as the closing ranks for the EWS category in recent year for chemical engineering are significantly lower for example in 2025 the EWS category closing rank for chemical engineering in NIT Agartala was around 53344 based on one source and for the general AI category in 2025 the closing ranks were between 20541 and 58197

JEE Mains percentiles aren't based on a fixed marks-to-percentile conversion. Instead, they are normalized scores that depend on the relative performance of all candidates who appeared in your particular session and shift. The National Testing Agency (NTA) uses a formula that considers the number of students who scored equal to or less than you in that specific session. This ensures fairness across different shifts, as difficulty levels can vary.

It seems there might be a slight confusion in your question; the rank you've provided, one Lacs thirty-three thousand three hundred fifteen, is a typical range for NEET UG (Undergraduate) examination, which is for MBBS admissions. PG NEET (NEET PG) is for postgraduate medical courses (MD/MS) after MBBS.

Assuming this rank is for NEET UG 2024 for MBBS, with an OBC category rank of one Lacs thirty-three thousand three hundred fifteen, securing a seat in a government MBBS college will be extremely challenging. Cut-offs for government MBBS seats for OBC candidates typically range much lower, often within the top thirty thousand to forty tho

With a JEE Mains score of 54.90, which translates to a lower percentile, getting into engineering programs in top-tier NITs or IITs will be incredibly difficult. However, don't lose heart! You have several positive steps you can take. Firstly, consider appearing for JEE Mains Session 2 to improve your score. Secondly, explore state-level engineering entrance exams (like MHT-CET, KCET, COMEDK, etc.) as their competition is different. Lastly, many good private universities offer admissions based on their own entrance exams or direct admission through your 12th percentage, where you might find a suitable B.Tech program.

With an eighty-two percentile in JEE Mains Session 1, getting a government college in Delhi, specifically for a B.Tech program, will be quite challenging for popular branches like Computer Science or Electronics, especially in top institutions like DTU or NSUT. Their cut-offs are typically much higher. However, you might have a slight chance in some lesser-known government-aided colleges or in less competitive branches like Civil or Mechanical in some of these institutions. Consider exploring branches beyond CSE and ECE, and always keep an eye on the state-level counselling for Delhi (JAC Delhi), as cut-offs can sometimes surprise you.

With a JEE ST category rank of 7905,  it's likely you'll get admission to an NIT, but the specific NIT and branch will depend on the cutoff trends for your preferred NIT and branch. Many NITs, particularly those with lower rankings, may have cutoffs that fall within your range for various branches.
