Fashion Design deals with fabrics and what you can do with fabrics. You use fashion accessories for styling your garments but your main material of use is fabric. A lifestyle accessory designer however deals with all kind of materials ranging from paper to wood, metal, gems, leather, fabric, plastics, rubber and so on. No, it is not available online yet. But continuous progress is being made to make this institute course online. But, for now, you have to take addmission in this institute and then you have to complete your graduation.

Yes, you can apply for the course of 3 year, you can do it after class 12 with 55%aggregate marks. The course fee in many universities is 2-2.5 lacs.

Yes, obviously, it is legal to pursue your graduation degree and diploma degree at the same time. Earlier it was not permissible by the Government to pursue both the degrees at the same time because it may lead to overburden on the mind of the student. But, nowadays most of the Universities has made it legal under the UGC act. It is all up to you.
