A fresher can get up to Rs. 25,000 to 40,000 as the first payment package and also it depends upon from which college you have completed your degree course.
Graduates of NIFT fetch the highest salary packages.

Unfortunately, no. You need to have done B. Des or equivalent course in order to be eligible for jewelery design.
