At Texas Tech University, the eligibility requirements for international students are listed below:

English Language Proficiency

  • The English proficiency exam scores like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT are required for undergraduate and graduate students whose English is not their first language.

  • For admission into the college of Business Administration, official GRE and GMAT scores are required. For applicants who have work experience for more than two years, the GMAT scores are waived.

  • The scores are to be submitted directly from the Testing Service to the Texas Tech University. The scores are valid for only two years.

Therefore, international students are required to demonstrate their proficiency in the English language.
