The Chaudhary Devi Lal University Sirsa was declared as full-fledged University. The University had been recognized by the University Grants Commission and declared eligible for Central Assistance under Section 12 (B) of UGC Act vide UGC letter No. F.9-17/2003 (CPP-1) dated 17.02.2009.
