I don't think you are eligible because your aggregate score is very low. Still, you can check or consult with the university you want to pursue your LLB with. National law colleges won't take you with such low aggregate score even if you clear CLAT with good marks.

If you want to pursue law, you can appear for CLAT exam for getting into national law colleges or any other LLB entrance for the university you want to enter into. It doesn't matter if you have a gap in studies or not. Just try focusing on studies and clear the entrance.

Yes, you are eligible for CLAT exam or any other LLB entrance exam only if you have an aggregate of 55% in HSC.
