After the supreme court of India criticized the decision of the maximum age limit of 20 years for taking admission to the 5-year integrated law degree, Bar Council of India as an interim measure decided to increase the upper age limit for 5-year LLB Course from 20 to 22, and for 3-year LLB from 30 to 45. So, considering your age factor little unsure If you are eligible for BA, LLB course.

Yes, the Dr. BR Ambedkar College of Law, Visakhapatnam offers 5 year LLB, and the admissions are through Andhra Pradesh LAWCET.
