It depends on what you mean by a Doctor. If you're asking about a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, then yes, you can pursue a PhD in Psychology and get the doctorate degree. You can also become a licensed Clinical Psychologist in India with a Dr. title, but not through MBBS. 
And if you mean a Psychiatrist (Medical Doctor), then the answer is "No". without an MBBS + MD/DNB in Psychiatry, you cannot be a Medical doctor.

No, candidates who wish to gain admissions into the MA at Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad do not have to appear for the CUET-PG exam. Admissions into the Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad MA courses is based on the results of the entrance exams conducted by the university itself. Candidates who have appeared for the CUET-PG exam can skip the university's entrance exam to gain admissions.

In 2025, the CUET-PG exam has already concluded. Hence, the Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad MA admissions through CUET-PG for the year 2025 have been closed. Admissions through the university's entrance exammay or may not be open at this point of time.
