MA Archaeology course is usually provided in regular or classroom mode by most colleges in India. This is because the coursework of MA Archaeology course involves field work and hands-on-learning. This is a significant part of the course that is essential if you wish to pursue a career in the same field. In a distance MA Archaeology course there is no scope for fieldwork. Therefore many candidates prefer to pursue this course in regular mode rather than distance or correspondence mode.
