Yes, it is possible, if you are doing from a university, which comes under UGC, then when you finish you're MA in psychology, then it is eligible and you are eligible to become a professional counselor.

Actually, there is no criteria for number of seats. The eligibility criteria is BA (Hons.) in Sanskrit is required and the selection criteria is, marks in the Graduation Degree.

Yes, you can do MA after B.Ed, but it is always better to pursue masters in the same branch as it gives better career opportunity.
