It depends upon what you want to do in your life, what career you want to pursue and what role the degree is going to play in your career decision. If you want to do teaching or have interest in civil service examination, then you can do MA. But, if you want to change your industry & want to work in corporate and have interest in management, then you should definitely pursue MA.

No, you can't. Candidates who have Masters degree or are in the qualifying year of the post-graduation can apply for the UGC NET exam. You will get the complete information related to NTA UGC NET from - https://examsroot.wordpress.com/2018/09/11/nta-ugc-net-2018-know-all-about-the-exam/ must check. You have to score minimum 55% aggregate (for general) marks in Masters. Reserved category students get the 5% relaxation in aggregate marks. There is age criteria to apply for Assistant Professor. For admission in MA in Hindi, applicants must have completed BA (Hindi)/ any degree with Hindi literature/graduate with Diploma equivalent to Hindi.

Yes you can but i think you should choose wisely because MA in history is a tough thing to study after BA and that too with a low percantage. Sry i didnot mean to hurt your sentiments but its a fact. Work hard.good luck.
