Yes, you can go for MA in mass communication, as the eligibility is that candidate must have completed graduation from a recognized university.

Yes, if the course for Masters is available there depends on the norms of the college. It must be having entrance for admission to Masters course. In Delhi University, Masters admission is done by entrance or merit based for students in DU. You can get merit based.
