You are doing BA in English honours. Hence you are eligible for MA in same subject. I am afraid that it may not be feasible to do MA in Hindi based only on generic subject basis. But as a matter of abundant precaution, I would advise you to contact your present college or university for guidance.

Hello, The aspirants who have completed Masters in Arts with subjects like sociology and other subjects are definitely eligible to become lecturers and researchers. Students with distance or regular degree from a recognised college or university can appear for the UGC NET Exam. The UGC NET Exam eligibility is that you must not be more than 30 years (35 years for women and reserved candidates). The UGC NET Exam is conducted in the month of July and now you can appear for the UGC NET Exam to be conducted in the month of December. Hindu College is affiliated to DU. So you will have to apply to DU for admission. Application for DU exam can be filled online. After that you will have to give entrance exam and then based on your result you will alloted a college after cutoffs. You can apply for state funded scholarships also. They are given out on the basis of need.
