For MA in English, first you have to BA in English. For good colleges for Bachelors and Masters you can go for DU. For Masters in English a candidate should have completed BA or any graduate course after 10+2 with any field.

You can choose KIET or JSS, they are the best options. But, if you are afraid for your academics, then definitely go for ABESEC, they provide good academics comparing to these colleges.

The basic eligibility for MA is graduation or BA in simple terms. Your age doesn't matter here for admission. You can apply for certification courses but you need to have graduation for this course.

You certainly can. If you are in your final year of PG, then you would not have to drop your current PG course. If you are in the 1st year, even then, it will be fine. Your interest in the subject matters more than the time. You can take admission in M.A. Psychology easily as it doesn't have any special criteria.

You will have to appear in VET exam for admission in GGDU. The date to apply is now over. But, you can contact college to know if they have any seats left vacant or do they have management quota. http://www.ggu.ac.in/academic_section.html.

So, the admission process for the above-mentioned course is still on in a few institutions. I would suggest, you personally visit the college so that you will be well aware if there are any seats vacant.
