An expert committee of the UGC had recommended that students enrolled in a regular degree course should be allowed to pursue an additional degree simultaneously under open or distance education mode from the same or different university. So, you can do B.Ed from regular and MA from IGNOU at same time. Yes, you can display the degree in a government job.

There are a number of Universities and Colleges in India that provide several courses in Law. The degree courses range in 5, 3 and 2 years and the diploma courses are either for 1 year or 6 months. The integrated programme B.A.L.L.B is for 5 years. Other than that one can do L.L.B for a duration of 3 years after completing the under graduate degree.
