I doubt if the college will allow it. Since how will you attend classes for both these programs simultaneously. But there is no harm in attempting. Try to meet principal and explain your interest. May be you will be allowed!!

Yes students are allowed to appear for entrance exam for PG even if results of UG are not announced. However admission in MA will depend on your passing and obtaining other criterias if any.

You can go with the Arihant book for entrance exams and also keep yourself updated with current affairs and business updates. The exam pattern is not difficult but still you can study Lucent (GS Book) for general knowledge.

Yes, you can apply for the course, as there is no such age limit is specify by the university. You can just re-check the same from the college official for better clarification before applying for the same.
