It depends on the state where you are giving the entrance. I guess, you cannot write in bengali of M.A in journalism and mass communication.

Yes, you can but if your age is not according to the NCHMCT rule, you cannot join an NCHMCT-affiliated institute. Your age must be 22 years or below.

You have finished your 12th in 2014. Right? So now after four years, you must be working somewhere? In addition, you can do PG only after graduation. But can you spare two years & go to attend classes? Still do not worry. There are enough distance education program in this subject. IG
