Eligibility criteria to appear for NTA UGC NET 2019:
Candidate must have scored at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST, OBC- NCL, PwD) in Masters Degree or equivalent examination from university recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science and Applications, Electronic Science etc. To be eligible for UGC NET 2019. There are several courses related to MS in electronics and communication. I tried to insert a link but was unable to do so. I think there is a technical issue. Just type MS in electronics and communication courses in Google and you will find lots of courses offered in different colleges.

Yes, you can, but make sure that you fulfill all the basic criteria. You can know in detail about the course and then decide whether to pursue or not. Here are the Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc Course:
* Should have a Bachelor's Degree in any of the Science-related streams from a recognized university. The M.Sc Course is tailor-made for B.Sc. Graduates.
* The cut-off differs from institute to institute; however, most colleges require candidates to score at least 55% in graduation exam finals.
* Clearing any of the accepted entrance exams is mandatory in order to get into the top M.Sc Colleges in the country.
* Entrance exams are conduct

The admission in IIMs to PGP programs are based on CAT percentile followed by WAT, GD, PI and work experience. The initial shortlisting of candidates is done on the basis of CAT percentile and this is above 80 percentile for all IIMs for general category. IIMs requires a Bachelor degree in any discipline with minimum 50% of aggregate marks from a recognized university under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 stream. Hence, what is the need of doing BBA MS 5 years of programme and NPAT entrance? Because when you are appearing in BBA final semester of exam, than you are eligible for appear in CAT.
