You need to register and apply. There is a written test that you need to appear for and the test is conducted by the GICED. After shortlisting, you will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in written test. The final selection will be based on your performance in both, personal interview and written test.

First of all, could you please clear what did you mean by M.Sc. (medical) courses for "free"?
Basically, every course has certain charges and there is no such free of charge course that I can suggest you as of now. Also, specify your preferred college (s) with location.

Hi,
There is a difference in the merit list every year. It is difficult to confirm the same. You can get that checked form the college alumni or from the current students of the college.

It's just you had to complete graduation first in any of the subjects of life science. And then in whichever college you want to pursue M.Sc. Give it's entrance exam. Remember every college conducts respective entrance test on its basis merit list is prepared which confirms the admissions.
