Graduation or another such equivalent course in a relevant discipline should be completed from a recognized university. Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:
Sc. (Forestry)
Sc. (Agriculture)
Sc. (Horticulture)
Tech. (Horticulture)
Tech. (Agricultural Biotechnology).
A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Thank you.

Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria for M.Sc Forestry course offered at Forest Research Institute, if they possess Bachelor's degree in Science with at least one of the subject from Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Forestry. Yes, the placements in the college grow up to high percentages. The college have a very good placement officer. Last year, approximately 500 students were placed.
