It depends on your interest, but in management field MBA has better career opportunity with large salary scale. So, I would suggest you to pursue MBA with your interested specialization like MBA finance, HR, IT, marketing, insurance, etc.

M.Sc CS or M.Sc IT is the best option than ethical hacking course because in M.Sc CS/ IT, you can learn beyond ethical hacking like system analysis, computing, network topology, etc. So, you can go for M.Sc CS or M.Sc IT.
