M.Tech Eligibility

Aspirants who have completed BE/ BTech with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST and Category I) are eligible to apply for M.Tech programme at B.N.M Institute of Technology. Besides, aspirants must also hold a valid score in Karnataka PGCET for admission to the course. Candidates should have relevant documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Aspirants who have passed a Bachelor of Technology/ Engineering from a recognised university in the concerned discipline AMIE/ AMIETE, similar qualifications recognised by UPSC as equivalent to BE/ BTech can apply for M.Tech at Raghu Engineering College. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

The eligibility criteria for Amrita School of Engineering Bengaluru M.Tech CSE is to secure a minimum 60% or CGPA 6.0 in B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Sc. in Engineering or Sciences discipline. The degree should be of relevance to the opted M.Tech. programme.  Further, candidates will be admitted based on the GATE score and Non-GATE qualified students will be admitted based on academic records and performance in interview.
