For M.Tech at Institute of Technology, Nirma University, a candidate should have passed BTech in the same stream. The degree must be from a recognised university or institution. Admission is by GATE or a written examination for non-GATE candidates. Relevant subject knowledge from the undergraduate level is necessary for each specialisation.
