Aspirants who have completed BE/ BTech with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST and Category I) are eligible to apply for M.Tech programme at B.N.M Institute of Technology. Besides, aspirants must also hold a valid score in Karnataka PGCET for admission to the course. Candidates should have relevant documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

A proper GATE score is obligatory for applying to the M.Tech programme at Dronacharya College of Engineering. Those applying should have obtained a relevant bachelor's degree. Both success in the GATE exam and the availability of seats in the different areas of study are used during the selection process. No admission can happen if the GATE score is not valid.

The M.Tech specializations at Dronacharya College of Engineering are Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology. All specialisations are two-year, postgraduate courses that run in four semesters. 24 students can be admitted to each specialisation. One must have GATE scores and meet academic standards to get admission.

SVCE accepts CET exam scores for BTech and TANCET/CET scores for M.Tech course. Out of the 1,020 total seats for the BTech course, 50% are filled up through Tamil Nadu Government Department of Technical Education Online-counseling. To be noted is that the seats offered by SVCE are filled up within the first few days of counseling with significant-high cut-off marks. The remaining 50% seats are filled through management quota, as per the Govt. norms.

Only people with a bachelor's degree in a related subject from a valid university are eligible for the M.Tech course at Dronacharya College of Engineering. If they do not receive a valid score in the GATE exam, they will not be admitted. There are 24 seats available in the 4 specialisations offered for the M.Tech programme at the college. Only those who have valid GATE scores are eligible.

KIT College of Engineering offers M.Tech in a full-time mode across six specialisations. The total seat intake for the programme is 36. There is only six seats available for each specialisation. The admission process is common for all the M.Tech specialisations.
