Hello,
Your CGPA is on the lower side and will be difficult for any MS course, M.Eng is anyway a tough program. You can apply with a good SOP and LORs or perhaps apply after gaining some work experience and research work.

M.Tech in Networking is a good option if you are planning to take up Reserach and Development job with networking equipment design and manufacturing companies. It will be an overkill if you are planning to take network operations jobs.

Hello Himanshu,
Amity has quite a good name for it's good faculty and placements. But let me confess, this is totally subjective and another person may find People's University better than Amity.

Hello Ketan,
It's the employer who normally has to give concurrence. But, I don't think any employer will refuse permission. With NOC from employer you can, and my advise is you must, do M.Tech.
