(a) Join army through NDA and chose technical corp after completion of training at NDA & IMA. Army educates selected candidates to become mechanical and telecommunication engineer. Selection is based on NDA exam conducted by UPSC after B.Tech/M.Tech.

Yes, students from BE or B.Tech programme can apply for M.Tech programme but you need to check the eligibility and admission process of the particular university in which you wan to apply.

You can gain 3 years of experience, if you already have a job. After 3 years, you can pursue MBA from a good B-School.
If you are interested in engineering domain, then you can appear for GATE exam and pursue M.Tech.

Engineering is that branch of science which teaches you the application in its entirety. The famous three, civil, mechanical & electrical are evergreen branches. Yes, a student can get good marks in ME without any tuition.
