Hello Harsh,
These are the best two in India. Prospects are best here after passing out than anywhere in India. DRDO, ISRO, Armed Forces and some public or private companies also are recruiters.

Hello Lalith,
Besides IITs and NITs, there some top universities for doing the master degrees.
You can opt for BITS, Pilani. It is a top university for all the degrees and is the best among the private universities in India:
The admission for M.Tech is based on an entrance test conducted by that institute.
For more details refer: www.bitsadmission.com.
Then you can go for VIT University and Manipal University. These are also better, if you don't get BITS, Pilani.

Dear Padmaraj Murthy, to be frank, in India biotechnology did not taken place for jobs and etc. Therefore, prefer MBA to settle down in your life, rather going for M.Tech. All the best.

As per me, it would better if go through B.Sc + M.Sc combination, definite chances of getting job for sure.

Doing M.Tech after B.Tech will be much better. And before going for a Master's degree, you must complete your graduation. So, it is important to pursue B.Tech before MA.

There are a lot of universities in India, better than Amity University. It is good for B.Tech, but not very good or best.
