Yes Kunal,
You can pursue Ph.D after completing M.Sc and it is the normal route. You don't have to pursue M.Tech to pursue Ph.D, unless you want to do it.

Bennett University is a new university. Although, it has big corporate to support its expansion, it will take time to establish and prove its credentials and build brand image. Indian IT industry has started showing early sign of decline because of outcry against outsourcing in western countries.
Campus placement numbers are reducing and very rarely large IT companies add new university in their list of colleges for campus recruitment. Hello Parthra,
Admissions to all PG seats in Maharashtra is controlled and supervised by DTE, Maharashtra. It's based on GATE score. For COEP, also, you have to follow same rule. Remember this is a premier Institute and GATE score as good as NITs is required.

Hi,
Admission to postgraduate level programs, they should have a worldwide recognized Bachelor's degree or equivalent recognized qualifications. They should be able to demonstrate proficiency in English language by taking the universally recognized English tests, such as TOEFL, IELTS, etc., and submitting their score cards.

Hello Jesal,
M.Tech eligibility normally depends on the subject in which you have done your B.Tech. As you have done B.Tech in solar/alternate energy, you are eligible for M.Tech in environmental protection or such similar subjects.

Legacy IITs i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Kanpur, Chennai, Kharagpur and Roorkee are the best institutes for M.Tech. Admission in M.Tech is done on the basis on graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE) conducted by IITs.
