Yes, Raghu Engineering College offers M.Tech for two-years at the PG level. The programme is spread across four semesters. The college offers M.Tech in various specialisations such as Computer Science, Power Electronics,  Embedded Systems & VLSI,  Machine Design, CAD CAM and Embedded Systems. Admission to M.Tech course is based on GATE score of the candidates.

Further, talking about the MTech in AI program, the GATE COAP for the programme stood at 600 which remained the same asof 2024 cutoff.
