Yes Juned Ahmad,
An orthopedic handicapped candidate can do Journalism and Mass Communication Course. If he/she is capable of reading and writing related to educational qualification, he/she can do the course. Because in Journalism and Mass Communication course, there are many future options like to be a blog/content writer, Script Writer, Creative Writer, Sub Editor, Copy Editor etc.

If you want to pursue a post graduate Diploma in media related course, I would suggest you to go for the best colleges in India, that would also help you with the placements. You should rather try to get admission in one of the following colleges:

Hi Pulkit!
In order to take admission in Delhi University for Mass Communication, you will have to appear for DU- Joint Admission Test (JAT). It is one of main entrance tests conducted by Delhi University. It is a pen and paper based entrance test comprising 120 Multiple Choice Questions to be attempted within a time limit of 2 hours.

In order to apply for a B.Sc course in visual communication, you must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board of education in any discipline. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.
