Both are two different things. So, first focus on anyone as pursuing my hotel management from IHM-Chennai, it is the second ranked college in India for hotel management. Don't worry about the entrance exam. It is very easy and if you have basic IQ, you can easily clear the exam.

You will be considered for scholarship automatically when you apply, you will get a scholarship or not will depend on the university and your profile, as it is Harvard is world's topmost university and seeking admission is not a cakewalk. I am also wondering what you mean by waiving scholarship, waive means defer or remove so please clarify what exactly you intend to know.
