IIT JAM Fourth Admission list was released on July 7 for MSc admission at IIT Kanpur. As per JAM Round 4 cutoff, the oepning and closing ranks were 39 ann 115, respectively for the General All India category stundents. Yes, the institute may admit candidates without a valid IIT JAM/CUET score directly. However, this is subject to the availability of seats. If they meet the requirements, a B.Tech. in Mechatronics student may take the IIT JAM in Physics for admission to the IIT for M.Sc. in Physics. Physics must be studied for at least two years/four semesters and mathematics must be studied for at least one year/two semesters in order to qualify for the IIT JAM Physics for B.Sc./B.S. students. According to the rules, BTech graduates who have met the eligibility requirements for Physics for at least two years/four semesters are eligible to take the JAM Maths and Physics exam.
