IIT JAM Fourth Admission list was released on July 7 for MSc admission at IIT Kanpur. As per JAM Round 4 cutoff, the oepning and closing ranks were 39 ann 115, respectively for the General All India category stundents. Yes, the institute may admit candidates without a valid IIT JAM/CUET score directly. However, this is subject to the availability of seats. The preference is given by BIT Mesra to candidates with a good score. Hi Gouri, A candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with Geology as a major topic to be eligible for the IIT JAM Geology test. In addition to the Geology degree, the candidate must have a minimum of two auxiliary subjects from any of the following disciplines: Physics Chemistry Mathematics, or Biological Science. You may be ineligible to take the IIT JAM Geology test if you do not have Physics Chemistry or Mathematics as a supplementary study.
