NIFT doesn't have a specific Master's degree in textile design. Masters is a researched based degree and select programs, where you can work with textiles. It is best to reach out to the faculty and see, if any of them are involved in textiles or worked in that field.

Scope of Mechatronics also extends to areas of Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Automation and VLSI design. Design Engineer, Product Development Engineer, etc. are the common job profiles in which BE/B.Tech graduates in Mechatronics are employed. Mechatronic engineering is an emerging field, but it has been around in one form or another for some time. Mechatronic engineers have been cleverly disguised as many of the following: Automation Engineer, Control System Engineer, Data Logging Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Project Engineer, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Service Engineer.

Candidates who are Medical graduates/postgraduates, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Arts, Commerce, Economics, Engineering pass outs etc are eligible for the course.

As a qualified post graduate, you are eligible to appear UGC NET Examination in Mathematics, because, your post-graduation subject is Mathematics. Another thing is that you should have more than 55% marks in Master's degree. If you have 55% marks, then cheer up and try for UGC NET.
