No, you can't. The minimum qualification for M.Sc Forensic Science were bachelor degree in Science related subjects.

Regular M.Phil is possible if and only if your Masters degree fulfills requisite percentage demand for M.Phil as well as recognised. It does not matter if the Masters degree is acquired through regular or distance mode.
