There is no issue with the amount of real degrees or Masters. You do until each course is from UGC approved course in that institution.

You can get job through both options, but if you want better job, then you can go Master's degree.

It is a great idea, moreover there is one of the best industrial exposure for that. You may go, but try to have basic German knowledge, as it will be a life skill for you.
