Hi, the requirements vary from country to country. Where do you want to study? In general you must take the IELTS or TOEFL to meet the language requirements. The cut-offs are different for different universities. Essays, SOP, portfolio of your work, publications etc. May be required for competitive colleges. Recommendation letters are an additional requirement.
